Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have been diagnosed with long-term heart disease (chronic coronary disease).
- You also have diabetes, very high inherited cholesterol, had a repeat heart issue, or have kidney disease.
- You are taking a strong statin (like atorvastatin 80 mg or rosuvastatin 20 or 40 mg) daily, possibly with ezetimibe.
- A recent blood test (within 6 months) shows your LDL cholesterol is over 100 mg/dL.
- You are not taking PCSK9 inhibitor medication, and you are not pregnant or planning to become pregnant.
