Who can take part
- You must be between 18 and 85 years old.
- You must have a special heart device: an ICD or CRT that works with either the HeartLogic or TriageHF monitoring system.
- When your device was put in, your heart’s pumping strength (called left ventricular ejection fraction) was 35% or less.
- You cannot be waiting for a heart transplant.
- You must be able to answer phone calls or messages when you are not at the hospital.
