  • You are 18 to 75 years old
  • Your cancer is HER2-positive and advanced (spread or cannot be removed by surgery) and is a type called adenocarcinoma
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans
  • You are in good general health (able to do daily activities without help, and your organs are working well)
  • You have not had certain types of chemotherapy or an ADC drug with a camptothecin derivative in the past
