Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • Your breast cancer is HER2-negative and has spread or is locally advanced and cannot be removed by surgery.
  • You have tried standard treatments or cannot have them.
  • You can provide a tumor tissue sample from the past 2 years or get a fresh one.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
  • Your blood counts, kidney function, liver function, and heart function are within acceptable ranges.
