Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- Your breast cancer is HER2-negative and has spread or is locally advanced and cannot be removed by surgery.
- You have tried standard treatments or cannot have them.
- You can provide a tumor tissue sample from the past 2 years or get a fresh one.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
- Your blood counts, kidney function, liver function, and heart function are within acceptable ranges.
