This trial tests a new drug called BL-M07D1 for women with HER2-positive or low-HER2 gynecologic cancers that have returned or spread. The drug is designed to target and kill cancer cells that make HER2, and may help when other treatments have stopped working.

Who can take part
- You are a woman aged 18 to 75.
- Your cancer is HER2-positive or has low HER2 expression, and it has come back or spread, and standard treatments have failed or are not available.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
- You are generally in good health (able to care for yourself, ECOG 0 or 1) and have normal heart, kidney, and liver function.
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you agree to use birth control during and for 6 months after treatment.
- You have not had certain other cancers in the last 5 years, active brain metastases, serious heart disease, or active infections.
