Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • Your tumor must have at least some HER2 protein (IHC 1+ to 3+) or a HER2 gene change.
  • Your cancer must be advanced or have spread, and you must have tried at least 2 prior standard treatments.
  • You need to be in good general health (ECOG performance status 0 or 1) and have adequate organ function.
  • You cannot have serious heart or lung disease, active infections, or untreated brain metastases.
