Who can take part
- You have advanced colorectal cancer that has spread to the liver and is not the MSI-H type.
- You have had only one prior chemotherapy or targeted treatment, and it stopped working or caused too many side effects.
- You are between 18 and 75 years old and are in generally good health (ECOG 0 or 1).
- You have at least one liver tumor that can be measured on a scan.
- You don't have serious bleeding problems, active infections (like hepatitis B/C or HIV), or serious heart conditions.
