Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have colorectal cancer that has spread to your liver, and your liver tumor is at least 5 centimeters (about 2 inches) wide.
- Your cancer has a normal repair system (called pMMR or MSS) – meaning it does not have certain genetic changes.
- You have already tried second-line treatment and it either stopped working, you could not tolerate it, or you chose not to have it.
- Your blood counts and liver and kidney function are within acceptable ranges for this study.
- You can take care of yourself and are not bedridden (performance status of 0 or 1).
