Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have colorectal cancer that has spread to your liver, with at least one liver tumor that is 5 cm or larger and cannot be removed by surgery.
- Your tumor type is 'pMMR' or 'MSS' (meaning it has normal DNA repair).
- You have already tried two standard treatments, and they either stopped working, you couldn't tolerate them, or you chose not to continue.
- You are generally healthy enough to be active and take care of yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1).
