Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with cancer (any stage) that needs chemotherapy or chemoradiation followed by surgery
  • Your surgery will be one of these types: pancreas, stomach, esophagus, bladder, colon, or cytoreductive surgery
  • You are at least 18 years old
  • Your doctor says you are healthy enough for surgery (with perhaps some limitations)
  • You can commit to at least two visits with each specialist (exercise, nutrition, mental health) before surgery
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding
