Who can take part
- You are 25 to 50 years old
- You have had type 1 diabetes for at least 2 years
- You take at least 10 units of insulin daily and use a continuous glucose monitor (CGM)
- Your most recent HbA1c (average blood sugar over 3 months) is between 6% and 9.5%
- You do not use a hybrid closed-loop insulin pump, work night shifts, or have serious health issues like heart disease, severe nerve damage, or vision loss
