Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes for at least 1 year.
  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • Your HbA1c (a measure of average blood sugar over 3 months) is between 6.5% and 11%.
  • You do not have any memory, thinking, or mental health problems that interfere with following instructions.
  • You are able to walk on your own without help from a person or walking aid.
  • You are willing to take part in the study.
