Who can take part
- You have an advanced solid tumor (cancer that has spread or cannot be removed) and standard treatments have stopped working or are not available.
- You are able to do most daily activities (ECOG 0 or 1).
- You must be willing to provide a fresh tumor biopsy or have one taken within the past year.
- You must have measurable disease as seen on scans (per RECIST criteria).
- If you have brain metastases, they must be treated and stable for at least 4 weeks, and you must be on a low or no steroid dose.
