Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have a solid tumor that is advanced (locally advanced or metastatic) and cannot be removed by surgery.
- You are expected to live at least 12 weeks.
- You are able to do your daily activities (performance status 0 or 1).
- Your heart function is normal (LVEF at least 50%).
- Your blood counts and organ function are adequate.
- You have not had certain prior treatments (like specific chemotherapy, targeted therapy, or radiation) within the last few weeks.
- You have not had an allergic reaction or severe side effect to immunotherapy that required stopping it.
- You do not have an active autoimmune disease that needs treatment.
- You have not had a prior treatment with a type of drug called ADC that contains camptothecin.
- For some groups: you have a specific EGFR mutation in your tumor (like Ex19del or L858R).
- For some groups: you have not had prior systemic treatment for advanced disease, or your disease progressed after prior EGFR-TKI therapy.
