Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You must have an advanced solid tumor that has not responded to standard therapy, or no standard therapy is available.
  • You must have at least one measurable tumor lesion as determined by a doctor.
  • You must have a good performance status (ECOG score 0 or 1), meaning you are fully active or only limited in physically strenuous activity.
  • You must have adequate bone marrow, liver, kidney, and blood clotting function.
  • You must agree to use effective contraception if applicable.
