Who can take part
- You have a confirmed advanced solid cancer that did not respond to standard treatment or you cannot take standard treatments
- You are between 18 and 75 years old
- You have at least one measurable tumor visible on imaging scans
- You are healthy enough to perform light activity (ECOG score 0–1, meaning you can do most normal activities)
- Your bone marrow, liver, kidney, and blood clotting function are adequate
- You have not received chemotherapy, immunotherapy, or other cancer drugs in the past 4 weeks
