Who can take part
- You were diagnosed with non-small cell lung cancer (the most common type of lung cancer).
- You had surgery to remove the entire tumor (called R0 resection), like a lobectomy or pneumonectomy.
- You received chemotherapy plus immunotherapy (a PD-1 inhibitor) before surgery.
- After that pre-surgery treatment, some cancer still remained in the removed tissue (no complete response).
- Your cancer stage after surgery is IB, IIA, IIB, IIIA, or IIIB (with N2 lymph node involvement).
- You are in generally good health (ECOG 0-1) and at least 18 years old.
