Who can take part
- You have non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that is stage IB, II, or III (N2) and your doctor plans to remove it with surgery.
- Your tumor is measurable on imaging scans (like CT or MRI).
- Your tumor has been tested for PD-L1 (a protein that helps the immune system attack cancer) and the result is known.
- Your tumor does not have EGFR mutation or ALK fusion (specific gene changes that might affect treatment choice).
- You have not had any prior treatment for your lung cancer.
- You are 18 or older, in good physical condition (ECOG 0 or 1), and have adequate organ function (kidneys, liver, bone marrow).
