Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older and have a confirmed diagnosis of liver cancer (HCC).
  • Your cancer has started to grow again in a limited number of spots (5 or fewer) after first-line immunotherapy, such as atezolizumab plus bevacizumab or similar treatments.
  • The growing spots can be treated with a precise type of radiation called SBRT, and your liver function is good (Child-Pugh A).
  • You have not had radiation to the abdomen or yttrium-90 therapy before, and you do not have an active autoimmune disease or are on high-dose steroids.
  • Your blood counts, liver and kidney function must meet certain minimum levels, and you must be able to give written consent.
