  • You have a type of bile duct cancer called hilar cholangiocarcinoma that cannot be removed with surgery.
  • You are 17 years old or older.
  • You are well enough to have a liver transplant (your doctor will check this).
  • The cancer is small (less than 3 cm) and has not spread to other organs or lymph nodes.
  • You have not had radiation to the upper belly area before.
