  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You have shoulder pain that started without a sudden injury (like a fall or accident).
  • You are a Danish citizen and can read and understand spoken Danish.
  • You have access to E-boks (Denmark's online mailbox) and are comfortable using electronic tools.
  • You do not have a serious or life-threatening illness (like cancer) that makes a shoulder study the wrong focus right now.
  • You are not an employee of the study center and do not have a close relationship with the study staff.
