Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with uterine fibroids or adenomyosis
- The fibroid is between muscle walls or is a type that sticks out slightly (FIGO types 2-6), or adenomyosis is confirmed
- No bowel is blocking the path between the fibroid and your belly, or it can be moved safely
- Belly fat is 4 cm or less, and the fibroid is within 14 cm from the belly skin
- You can lie on your stomach for 2 hours or longer
