Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 80 years old.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 18 and 30.
  • You are having video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery under general anesthesia.
  • You do not have a history of opioid abuse.
  • You are not allergic to local anesthetics (numbing medicines).
  • You do not have any bleeding problems or a very low platelet count.
