Who can take part
- You have advanced bile duct cancer (cholangiocarcinoma) that cannot be removed surgically or has spread.
- You have already received 6 to 8 cycles of chemotherapy (gemcitabine and cisplatin) plus durvalumab, and your cancer did not grow during that treatment.
- You must weigh over 66 pounds (30 kg), be at least 18 years old, and have a life expectancy of more than 12 weeks.
- Your blood counts and organ function need to meet certain minimum levels, as checked by recent lab tests.
- You cannot have used a PARP inhibitor before, have active autoimmune disease, or have other serious uncontrolled health problems.
