Who can take part
- You must have advanced bile duct cancer (called intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma) that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery.
- Your cancer must have a specific genetic change called an FGFR2 fusion or rearrangement.
- You must have already tried at least one standard treatment, like gemcitabine plus cisplatin, and it either stopped working or caused side effects you couldn't handle.
- You need to be 18 or older, in fairly good health (able to do daily activities), and weigh more than 66 pounds (30 kg).
- Your liver and kidney function must be adequate, and you cannot have certain eye problems or take specific medications that interact with the study drugs.
