- You are 15 to 18 years old.
- You are a patient at PRIMA psychiatric clinic for children and youth in Stockholm.
- You have been diagnosed with an anxiety disorder or depression, and also have autism.
- You can speak and understand Swedish well enough to take part in group therapy.
- You are not currently in other psychological therapy, and you are not planning to start any during the study.
- You are not at high risk of suicide, self-harm, or have certain other serious mental health conditions (like bipolar disorder or psychosis).
