Who can take part

  • Your baby must be born before 32 weeks of pregnancy.
  • Your baby must be enrolled in the study within 24 hours of birth.
  • You or the other parent must give written permission (consent) for your baby to take part.
  • Your baby cannot have any major birth defects or chromosome problems.
  • Your baby cannot have a lung condition or heart defect that they were born with.
