Who can take part

  • You have advanced stomach, gastroesophageal junction, or esophageal cancer that came back or spread
  • You received one prior treatment containing platinum and fluoropyrimidine, with or without immunotherapy, and it stopped working
  • Your tumor does not make the HER2 protein (confirmed by a test)
  • You can provide a fresh tumor biopsy from after your last cancer treatment
  • You are in generally good health (able to care for yourself, up and about more than half the day)
