Who can take part
- Confirmed diagnosis of locally advanced or unresectable gastric, gastroesophageal junction, or esophageal adenocarcinoma (specific cancer type and stage)
- Cancer must be microsatellite stable and HER2 negative (specific genetic test results)
- Received no more than 1 prior chemotherapy treatment for advanced cancer (or completed neoadjuvant/adjuvant therapy at least 1 year ago, unless it progressed within 6 months)
