Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • Your colorectal cancer has spread to the liver, but only to one lobe of the liver, and the original colon or rectal tumor has been removed.
  • Your liver tumors got worse after your first treatment, and you are now scheduled to receive a chemotherapy combo called FOLFIRI plus bevacizumab.
  • Your cancer has a specific genetic change called a KRAS mutation.
  • You have good performance status (ECOG 0 or 1) – meaning you can carry out daily activities with little or no help.
  • Your liver and kidney function are within safe limits as shown by blood tests.
