Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with colorectal cancer that has spread to the liver, and the liver tumors are currently too large or poorly located for surgery.
- You have no or very limited cancer outside the liver that can be treated with other local therapies.
- You are generally well enough to undergo treatment (able to care for yourself, life expectancy at least 3 months).
- Your liver and kidney function are within acceptable ranges (blood tests will check this).
- You have not had prior radiation to the liver, and you do not have serious conditions like uncontrolled infections, bleeding disorders, or other cancers in the last 5 years.
