Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 60 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with growth hormone deficiency after pituitary tumor surgery.
- A special liver scan (1H MRS) showed that more than 11% of your liver is fatty, and this scan was done between 6 months and 2 years after your surgery.
- You do not have other liver diseases like hepatitis, cirrhosis, or alcoholic liver disease.
- Your blood pressure is below 150/95 mmHg and you are not taking any blood pressure medication.
- You are not taking any cholesterol-lowering medication (like statins) and your diabetes, if you have it, is well controlled (HbA1c below 9.5%).
