Who can take part
- You are a Gulf War veteran who served in Desert Storm or Desert Shield (1990–1991).
- You are age 64 or younger.
- Your study team confirms you have Gulf War Illness.
- You have adult growth hormone deficiency based on a specific stimulation test result (with different cutoffs depending on your BMI).
- Your mental health medicines have been stable for at least 4 weeks, and hormone medicines are stable for at least 3 months.
- You can and agree to sign consent and follow all study visits and instructions.
