  • You or your child must have a confirmed diagnosis of CDKL5 deficiency disorder with a specific gene change.
  • Seizures must not be fully controlled by current medications (drug-resistant).
  • A caregiver must be available to help with the study tasks.
  • No chronic gut problems like food allergies or celiac disease.
  • No special diets (for example, keto or gluten-free) and no feeding tube (PEG).
  • No antibiotics or probiotics in the past month.
