Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with one of these shoulder problems: impingement syndrome, subacromial bursitis, rotator cuff tendinopathy, or a partial rotator cuff tear.
  • Your shoulder pain level is usually between 3 and 7 on a 0–10 scale (moderate pain).
  • You have had this pain for 3 months or longer.
  • You do not have a complete rotator cuff tear, have not had shoulder surgery, and do not have other conditions that prevent exercise (like a neurological disease or serious mental health issue).
