Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You have had shoulder pain for at least 4 weeks.
  • A doctor has diagnosed you with conditions like shoulder impingement, bursitis, rotator cuff tendinopathy, or a partial tear.
  • Your shoulder pain with activity is at least a 3 on a 0-10 pain scale.
  • You have not had shoulder surgery, frozen shoulder, a full-thickness rotator cuff tear, or shoulder instability.
  • You have not had physical therapy or a steroid injection in the past 6 months, and your pain has lasted less than a year.
