This study tests a blood-based multi-cancer early detection (MCED) screening test in people with a high risk of cancer due to inherited gene changes or strong family history. The goal is to see if this test can find cancer early.

Who can take part
- You have a genetic condition that raises cancer risk, such as a harmful change in a gene like TP53, or a diagnosis like neurofibromatosis.
- You are at least 22 years old (for TP53 gene changes) or 35 or older (for other gene changes).
- Or, you are 45 or older and have a strong family history of cancer, like a close relative with breast, colon, or ovarian cancer before age 50.
- You have not been diagnosed with cancer (except certain early skin cancers) in the last 3 years.
- You have not had a blood-based multi-cancer screening test in the past year.
- You are not currently being evaluated for suspected cancer and have not had preventive surgery to remove organs due to cancer risk (like mastectomy).
