Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 65 years old.
- You have moderate to severe ulcerative colitis (UC) that hasn't responded well to standard treatments like steroids or immune-suppressing drugs, or you couldn't take them.
- You have not previously taken infliximab (Remicade) or ustekinumab (Stelara) for UC.
- You are willing to use effective birth control (if you could become pregnant) during the study and for 6 months after the last dose.
- You do not have active tuberculosis, HIV, hepatitis B or C, or other serious infections.
