Who can take part

  • You must be younger than 18 years old.
  • You must have Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, or indeterminate colitis.
  • You must have tried at least one anti-TNF medicine (like infliximab, adalimumab, or certolizumab) and it stopped working for you.
  • You must be planning to start a new medicine: vedolizumab, ustekinumab, risankizumab, guselkumab, mirikizumab, tofacitinib, or upadacitinib (or a biosimilar).
  • You cannot have taken any of these new medicines before.
  • You cannot have had your colon removed or currently have an ostomy (a surgical opening in your belly).
