Who can take part

  • You are at least 35 years old.
  • You have had pain on the outside of your hip for at least 12 weeks, and it has been at least a 4 out of 10 in the past week.
  • You have a computer, smartphone, or tablet with internet access.
  • The area around the bony bump on the outside of your hip is tender to touch.
  • Standing on one leg for 30 seconds brings on the pain on the outside of your hip.
  • You can speak and understand Danish (both spoken and written).
