Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old
  • You have pain on the outer side of your hip for at least 3 months
  • You are able to understand the study procedures and agree to participate
  • You do not have any hip joint deformities or tears in key hip muscles
  • You have not had a steroid injection in your hip in the last 6 months
