Who can take part
- You or your partner must have a diagnosis of borderline personality disorder (BPD) with at least 5 symptoms.
- Both you and your partner must be 19 or older.
- You both must live in Ontario and plan to stay there for the study.
- You both need fluent English and regular internet from a private location.
- No severe physical violence in the relationship in the past year.
- Not currently in another BPD therapy that you can't pause.
