Who can take part
- You must have relapsing-remitting MS (RRMS) as diagnosed by standard criteria.
- You are either scaling down a high-efficacy treatment or stopping a lower-efficacy disease-modifying therapy (DMT).
- You are able to use a smartphone (required for the main study site).
- Your EDSS score (disability level) must be less than 7.0.
- You have not had an MS relapse or received IV steroids or immunoadsorption in the last 6 weeks.
- You do not have primary or secondary progressive MS, and no condition that would make it hard to follow the study (like severe memory problems).
