Who can take part
- You must have either adenoid cystic carcinoma (ACC) or colorectal cancer (CRC) that has come back or not responded to treatment.
- Your cancer must have spread or be advanced and cannot be removed by surgery or radiation.
- You must have at least one measurable tumor on a scan (like a CT or MRI) that hasn't been previously radiated, or has grown since radiation.
- If you have colorectal cancer, you must have already tried standard treatments like certain chemotherapies and targeted therapies, or not be eligible for them.
- You must have good organ function (kidney, liver, blood) and have recovered from any side effects of previous treatments.
- You cannot have certain medical conditions like uncontrolled infections, heart problems, or a second cancer, and you must not have had a stem cell transplant in the last 3 months.
