Who can take part

  • You must have one of these cancers: bladder cancer, triple-negative breast cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, esophageal cancer, pancreatic cancer, ovarian cancer, cervical cancer, head and neck cancer, or prostate cancer that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery.
  • You should have already tried at least one standard treatment for your cancer (if it has spread). Some groups of the study require this.
  • You must be able to do your daily activities with little or no help (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You need to have a tumor sample (from a past biopsy or a new one) available for testing.
  • You cannot have untreated or growing brain metastases, uncontrolled diabetes, high calcium levels, or serious heart problems.
