Who can take part
- You have been newly diagnosed with advanced ovarian, peritoneal, or fallopian tube cancer (stage III or IV) or a related type called carcinosarcoma.
- Your cancer does not need immediate treatment or surgery—you can wait at least 2 weeks after diagnosis.
- You are planning to have surgery after 2 rounds of chemotherapy (called interval debulking).
- You are in reasonably good health (able to do daily activities—ECOG score 0, 1, or 2).
- Your liver and kidney function tests are within acceptable limits.
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and have no other active cancer that would affect your outlook.
