CAR T-Cell Therapy for Recurrent Ovarian Cancer
Part of Cancer, Hormones & metabolism, Women’s health & pregnancy clinical trials.
This trial tests a new type of immune therapy called CAR T-cells (SCT-001) for ovarian cancer that has returned or isn't responding to standard treatments. The cells are engineered to find and attack cancer cells that have a specific marker (TAG-72) on their surface.
Summary written for real people, not researchers, by Clin2.
Who can take part
- You are 18 or older
- You have ovarian, fallopian tube, or peritoneal cancer that has come back or hasn't improved after standard treatments
- A recent biopsy shows a protein called TAG-72 on your cancer cells
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans
- Your kidneys, liver, and blood counts are within certain safe levels (your doctor will check these)

This trial tests a lab-made immune therapy (CAR-T) that targets a protein called CD70 found on some advanced cancers. It’s designed for people whose solid tumors have spread and no standard treatments have worked or weren’t tolerated.
This trial tests a new treatment called CAR-T cells that target a protein called B7H3 found on cancer cells. It is for people with a specific type of ovarian, peritoneal, or fallopian tube cancer that has not responded well to platinum chemotherapy or has come back quickly.
This Phase 1/2 study tests a personalized immune-cell treatment (fully human B7H3 CAR-T) for ovarian cancer that has come back or did not respond. It aims to see whether CAR-T can attack tumors that carry a target called B7H3.
This trial tests a new type of cell therapy using modified natural killer cells (CAR-NK cells) that are trained to attack ovarian cancer cells. It's designed for patients whose cancer has come back or stopped responding to previous treatments.
This trial tests a new type of immune cell therapy (CAR-NK cells) that targets two proteins often found on ovarian cancer cells. It is for people whose cancer has come back after at least two prior treatments.
This trial tests a new type of immunotherapy called CAR-T cells that are designed to attack ovarian cancer cells that have two specific markers (CD146 and GPC3). It is for people with advanced ovarian cancer who have already tried standard treatments like platinum-based chemotherapy and need new options.
