  • You are pregnant and plan to get the Tdap vaccine.
  • You are willing to be in the study until 6 months after giving birth.
  • You have not had a pertussis-containing vaccine in the last 5 years.
  • You do not have a serious immune system condition (like HIV) or take high-dose steroids.
  • You have no severe mental health condition or previous bad reaction to a vaccine.
