Who can take part
- Baby is born very early (under 32 weeks) OR is full-term and mom had a Tdap shot during pregnancy
- Parents or guardians can understand Dutch well enough for the study
- For the baby: you/your family must be willing to give informed consent
- Baby does not have a major congenital condition that could cause problems after vaccines (for example certain significant heart defects)
- Baby does not have (possible) HIV infection or an immune system problem
