  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has tested negative for certain genetic mutations (like EGFR or ALK).
  • You have already tried an immunotherapy drug (like Keytruda or Opdivo) and it stopped working.
  • Your cancer has not spread to your brain or the lining around it.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
  • You have not previously been treated with a bispecific antibody.
