Who can take part

  • You have been told by a doctor that you have prediabetes (higher than normal blood sugar, but not diabetes)
  • You are willing to sign a form saying you agree to take part in the program
  • You do not have diabetes (type 1 or type 2)
  • You do not have a serious condition like heart disease, kidney failure, stroke, or advanced cancer
  • You are not taking medications that affect blood sugar or weight, such as metformin, Ozempic, or steroids
  • You are not in another weight loss or lifestyle change program right now
